How long until I receive my order?
Usually it takes from 3 to 5 business days to ship orders via the shipping method chosen at check out.

What shipping company do you use to ship orders?

Currently we only use the United States Postal Service to ship our products.

If you prefer a different shipping company, please contact us before placing an order.

Do you have a printed catalog?
For now our website is our catalog. As soon as we have a printed catalog ready, we will post a message on our web site to download our catalog in PDF format.

Our Return policy:
You the buyer are responsible for all return shipping costs and can only return opened packages.
All other return orders must have their original packaging. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all return orders plus the original shipping charges we had paid. If the products that you ordered are damaged when you receive it, or if you received the wrong items please contact us to replace the original order or to arrange for a solution.

Our Refund Policy:
If you are not satisfied with our products, please return any unopened product to receive a refund minus a restocking and the shipping fee. Any opened products cannot be refunded. Please read above for more information.
